Small Group Training Schedule

Our small group training program is designed  for up to 6 people. Each 60 minutes session offers an intimate setting for those that want more than the typical  "fitness class”. Everyone in our small group program loves to workout and be coached through proper technique, while training among friends. Each session is designed for optimal results and coached by our elite team. The small group training sessions are pre-registered sessions and ideally you are able to participate 2x a week. Please bring water and make sure you have eaten at least an hour before your session.

FAQ’s

  • Yes! Upon booking a class you will have the option to purchase a singel drop-in.

  • Group fitness classes can be purchased in packages of 5 or 10 classes.

  • Each package is valid 4 months from the date of purchase and are designed so that you’ll be able to take 2, 3, or 4 classes per week!

  • Packages & sessions are non refundable, and non transferable.
