The key principal in Speed Camp:
You can’t train the body to move faster by training slow. We will be using speed training devices that teach the body to run and play in another gear. BEYOND MOTION® is the only facility in SWFL that uses the “Run Rocket” as one of our teaching tools. The Run Rocket allows your athlete to work in multiple planes increasing their power, speed and timing. When not running and/or performing drills your athlete will be involved with our Pilates program so they can develop greater core strength, improve their recovery and enhance their stability. By incorporating all of these facets we will be able to balance the athletes’ work-load and make sure we are getting the quality reps that we need.

This is not your run of the mill speed camp it is an organized week that feeds one day into the next. It’s what we are known for and love to teach…
