Cassidy was born and raised in SW Florida and was a local athlete for her entire life. She played a wide range of sports starting with gymnastics and finally made her way to softball. She played 4 years of Varsity softball at Estero High school. Starting the beginning of high school, Cassidy and her parents sought out ways to become a stronger/healthier player. They found Rick and Amy at Beyond Motion and she started training as part of the Semi-Private Athlete Training program. Her love of training and working hard became second nature. Cassidy spent her childhood years in the gymnastics facility her mother owned. At the age of 4 and 5, she was an AAU State Champion. After no longer competing, she started teaching and coaching with her mom. This began her passion for instructing and passing on knowledge. She loved teaching young athletes what they were capable of and helping to guide them to be their best.

Cassidy graduated with honors in 2020 from Endicott College with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Unfortunately, she was only able to play one year of college softball before injuring her back. It has taken time and healing but she has been able to come back to doing the things she loves. After college she worked in an orthopedic physical therapy clinic for 3 years at OrthoCollier, learning more about the dynamics of healing and the potential of re-entry into athletics as well as daily activities. All of the skills learned from being an avid gym-goer, a high school and college athlete and physical therapy tech make her a great addition to the Beyond Motion Team.
